Bookings

A 50% deposit (Booking Fee) is required once the booking has been confirmed and accepted. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the commencement of your tour.

Your booking reference is confirmation and must be quoted on all correspondence.

Payment of deposit confirms acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer upon receipt of our invoice.

Cancellation Policy
If a tour is cancelled within 48 hours – No Refund.

14 days cancellation – 50% refund.

28 days – Full Refund.

In the event of road closure/accident/severe weather, Discover Highlands reserves the right to offer an alternative tour.

Travel Insurance.

We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate and correct travel insurance for your needs.

Departure/Return

Tours commence daily 8.30-9pm

Pick up and return to your place of accommodation within a five-mile radius of Inverness. A charge may be made for travel out with the five-mile radius.

Inclusions

Fully insured Driver/Guide, car, fuel, ferries and bridge tolls. If you require a Guide only (excluding vehicle) please contact for availability and prices.

Guides will be English speaking.

Bottled Water.

Exclusions

Admissions to Visitor Centres/Food. Visiting venues is optional if requested you will be advised of costs. You should also check if a trip includes the driver’s lunch break.
